In addition to being relaxing and restorative, receiving massage has many powerful benefits for your health. I use Deep Tissue and Swedish massage along with other bodywork techniques to connect at the level that is right for you. I seek to provide a safe, open space that allows for the release of deeply held physical and emotional restriction in support of healing for your whole self.


Pregnancy Massage

Prenatal massage can reduce fatigue and pain, improve the quality of your sleep through a greater sense of well-being and relaxation, and help prepare you physically and emotionally for birth. Receiving massage while you are pregnant encourages health and relaxation for you and your baby.


Insurance Provider

I am a preferred provider for Aetna, Cigna, Premera/Lifewise, and Uniform. Contact your health insurance company to confirm your coverage for massage therapy. Some plans require a referral from your doctor or chiropractor.

Kelly Malloy Admiral Massage

As a massage practitioner, I specialize in pregnancy and post natal massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue and injury treatment work. My warmth, sense of humor, flexibility and exceptional massage skills make for a treatment to be remembered.


I've been a massage practitioner since 1998 and to this day find such comfort and passion in my work. I am thrilled to be able to help heal people's injuries, ease their minds or provide overall relief during stressful times. I provide exceptional and professional bodywork and tailor my massage to each individual's needs.


I currently work out of my studio in the Admiral District of West Seattle, conveniently located less than a mile off the bridge. My clients range from pregnant woman and postpartum moms to upwardly mobile stressed out men and women, senior citizens and even infants. There isn't anybody who doesn't need or deserve a massage! I look forward to hearing from you.
