Birth Doula Support

Once you decide to work with us, you have two warm, attentive people available to you throughout the rest of your pregnancy. To best support you, it is our plan to attend all prenatal and postpartum meetings together. During labor and birth one of us will be with you for your entire experience.


Our goal is to help you feel confident and satisfied with your birth experience. Your doula will work in tandem with your partner to provide you continuous physical and emotional support during your labor so you always feel safe and connected. As part of your birth team, your doula will help promote good communication, and make sure you have the information needed to make decisions consistent with your goals. We provide attention and reassurance, massage and other relaxation techniques as needed before, during and immediately after your birth.


We seek to empower whole families, and bring a flexible, objective perspective to best assist women and partners laboring in any setting you choose - be it hospital, birth center or home.


Birth Doula/Massage Therapy Package: $950

Complete Birth Doula Services plus three discounted one-hour massage sessions to be received prenatally or postpartum from either or both of us.


Birth Doula Services: $800

Includes:

  • One to two prenatal home visits
  • Assistance creating a birth plan
  • Continuous support from your on-call doula once labor has begun until one to two hours after your baby is born
  • Basic photography (with your camera)
  • Written birth story
  • At least one postpartum visit with both of us to discuss your birth and share your birth story, visit with you and your baby, and offer support and referrals as needed.
  • We are on call 24 hours a day beginning two weeks before your due date until the birth of your baby.

Deposit of $300 requested upon hire. Balance due at postpartum visit.
