Birth Doula Support

My goal is to help you feel confident and satisfied with your birth experience. I work in tandem with your partner to provide you continuous physical and emotional support during your labor so you always feel safe and connected. As part of your birth team, I will help promote communication for everyone who is part of your birth experience, and make sure you have the information needed to make decisions consistent with your goals. I provide consistent attention and reassurance, massage and other relaxation techniques as needed before, during and immediately after your birth.


I seek to empower whole families, and bring a flexible, objective perspective to best assist women and partners laboring in any setting you choose - be it hospital, birth center or home.


Birth Doula/Massage Therapy Package: $1125

Complete Birth Doula Services plus three discounted one-hour massage sessions to be received prenatally or postpartum.


Birth Doula Services: $975

Includes:

  • One to two prenatal home visits
  • Assistance creating a birth plan, if needed
  • Continuous support once active labor has begun until one to two hours after your baby is born
  • Basic photography (with your camera)
  • Written birth story
  • At least one postpartum visit to discuss your birth and share your birth story, visit with you and your baby, and offer support and referrals as needed.
  • I am on call 24 hours a day beginning approximately two weeks before your due date until the birth of your baby.

Deposit of $450 requested upon hire. Balance due at postpartum visit.
